Healthcare Leadership & People Management for Clinical Leaders

Clinical leadership requires more than clinical expertise. Healthcare leaders must also be able to manage people, communicate effectively, build high-performing teams, handle difficult conversations, resolve conflict, delegate appropriately, motivate staff, manage performance, and lead teams through change. This five-hour interactive workshop is designed to strengthen the practical leadership and people-management capabilities of physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and other healthcare leaders. Participants will explore different leadership approaches, emotional intelligence, communication, delegation, staff engagement, team dynamics, conflict management, performance management, psychological safety, accountability, and change leadership within healthcare. The workshop uses practical healthcare scenarios, leadership self-reflection, role-play, team exercises, and case discuss.
