Healthcare Accreditation Readiness (DOH, JCI & Tasneef)
Healthcare accreditation and regulatory readiness require more than preparing documents before an inspection. Effective readiness depends on having compliant systems, competent staff, reliable evidence, effective governance, safe clinical processes, and continuous monitoring of performance.
This five-hour workshop provides healthcare professionals with a practical framework for preparing healthcare facilities for Department of Health – Abu Dhabi inspections, JCI accreditation activities, and Tasneef-related compliance assessments.
Participants will learn how to conduct structured gap assessments, organize regulatory and accreditation evidence, prepare departments for tracer activities, evaluate staff competency and awareness, manage policies and records, identify common deficiencies, implement corrective actions, and establish an ongoing readiness program.
The workshop emphasizes a continuous readiness approach rather than short-term preparation immediately before an audit.
Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a Training Certificate accredited by the Department of Health (DOH) and/or a PrimeXperts In-House Certificate.
